Začáteční pozice: vzpřímené držení těla, nohy držte rovnoběžně a přibližně v šířce pánve.
Balancujte střídavě dopředu a dozadu od špičky k patě. Neohýbejte kolena nebo bedra. Nedovolte, aby chodidla padaly dovnitř a udržujte nohy vzpřímeně.
