Položte nohu s Masai senzorem na steper. Silně zatlačte směrem dolů na Masai senzor.
Po dobu vzestupu na steper stabilizujte dobře pánev.

Začáteční pozice: Umístěte nohu na steper tak, aby se Masai senzor dotýkal. Silně zatlačte Masai senzor směrem dolů. Přitom dobře stabilizujte pánev a sestupte nazpět kontrolovaným pohybem. Cvičení vykonáváme oběma nohama.
